Following spirit of relevant college documents, Interviewing for Teaching Staff and Students was carried out from week 11-12. Training and InternationalCooperationCenterimplemented the requirements in practice. 

First is to interview teaching staff. Chief leading cadre of Party committee was responsible for interviewing all members of the committee and teacher representative; members interviewed each other; members interviewed chief of divisions and teacher representatives; chiefs of divisions interviewed staff of their own division.

Second is to interview students. Teachers interviewed students assigned by departments, filled in the interviewing forms and wrting reports for the interviews.

The interviewing, a traditional work of college, aimed at collecting rational suggestions and opinions from staff and students, improving wok of all aspects.
